The color is exceptional. The embroidery is really top notch. My only compliant is the pocket, and that's a Hanes issue as theyre the ones that made the actual hoodie. The pocket isn't big enough or tight enough to hold a phone or other things.
Customer service was amazing, after my order was either lost or misplaced they got back to me the same day, my package had been processed and I even received a coupon for my troubles. The hat is comfortable and made with quality and use in mind. I’m a volunteer fire fighter, all my buddies in the service and others in different professions find it funny as hell. You guys are amazing.
